Luís Tinoco

Luís Tinoco (b.1969, Lisbon) is a composer and producer of new music programmes for Antena 2 Classical radio, where he also serves as artistic director of the Young Musicians Prize and Festival. Tinoco lectures at the Escola Superior de Musica in Lisbon (EMSL). His catalogue is published by the University of York Music Press. It includes vocal and stage music as well as orchestral works premiered by the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, the Seattle Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Orquestra Gulbenkian, the São Paulo Symphony Orchestra and the Porto Casa da Música Symphony Orchestra, among others.
