Giorgos MELINIOTIS

My name is Giorgos Meliniotis. I was born in Limassol, Cyprus in 5/11/1995.
I have been playing bouzouki since I was 8 years old. When I was 12 years old I started piano and electric Bass lessons.
At 15 years old I went to the Marios Tokas Music Lyceum. My main instrument was the Double Bass, and second instrument was Greek Lute (Laouto) and piano. I was also in the Philharmonic Marching Band of my school playing the Marching Bass Drum.
I was a member of Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra playing Double Bass from the age of 16
I started my studies at 20 years old at the University of Macedonia, Department of Folk Music and Bouzouki Performance.From a young age I was playing professionally with various bands different
